Lie face down with your left shin on top of a stability ball, your right foot on the ground, and both your hands placed flat on the floor. Raise your right arm and right leg together until they’re in line with your body. Pause for few seconds at this position. Return to starting position and repeat on same side for desired reps. Alternate sides.
